Shanice Love was born on October 25, 1982, in Miami, Florida—the oldest of six children born to Haitian parents. From a young age, she was ambitious, reliable, and a natural leader—true to the role of the firstborn. Her childhood home was rooted deeply in the traditions of Haiti, where her parents ruled with discipline and conviction, grounded in a culture that did not easily yield to modern perspectives. Though filled with love and encouragement, the home stood in contrast to the world outside, which often sent conflicting messages. It was in the tension between those two worlds that Shanice began the journey of defining herself—for herself. Some parts of her past would be laid to rest, while others would bloom into something new.

When reflecting on this season of her life and how it shaped her becoming, she shares:
"Suffering from depression and not understanding what was draining my energy and stealing my joy was unbearable. During my preteen and teenage years, mental illness wasn’t something we talked about—especially not in Haitian households. It wasn’t believed to affect people like us. I was struggling with accepting my sexuality—I am a lesbian. I was also struggling to accept my changing body. I was becoming a woman. I was blind to what was wrong, and that blindness delayed my healing. I couldn’t grow into the person I was meant to be because I didn’t yet know who I was. I was existing, not living—and my rebirth began with acceptance.”

Shanice Love All Black

Shanice came to understand that society’s perception does not define one’s reality. Her self-image would no longer be bound by the limitations and labels imposed on her. Instead, she chose to educate herself about depression, embrace her truth, and turn vulnerability into power. She rose from the ashes of self-doubt with self-assurance and radical self-love. From that transformation emerged First Lady Truth.

First Lady Truth is the voice, the visionary, the vessel. She is the businesswoman, the advocate, the keynote speaker, and the motivator. She is the driving force within Shanice—focused, evolving, and always aligned with opportunities to grow.

Professionally, Shanice has held senior executive leadership roles within the financial sector in Corporate America, where she’s been responsible for large-scale transformation in learning, innovation, and employee development. Her expertise spans strategic project management, inclusive learning design, neurodiversity advocacy, and high-performance team building. Through these roles, she’s become a trusted voice in building cultures where diversity, equity, and belonging are not just aspirations—but lived realities.

As COO, Press & Media Editor, and Career & Money Editor at Hope Magazine, Shanice curates stories that matter—amplifying underrepresented voices and helping women see themselves in their power. Her editorial work champions career growth, financial literacy, mental wellness, and self-worth, with a clear focus on uplifting Black women navigating systems that weren’t built with them in mind.

A passionate advocate for financial literacy, Shanice dedicates her time to helping Black women reclaim financial control, break generational curses, and build wealth through credit education, entrepreneurship, and intentional spending.

She also champions neurodiversity, both personally and professionally. As a neurodiverse woman and mother, Shanice brings visibility to often-overlooked perspectives, advocating for inclusive workspaces and learning environments that honor different ways of thinking, being, and creating. Her work empowers others to embrace their full selves, breaking the silence around neurodivergence in communities of color.

She pours that same energy into Loyalty Enterprise, her growing empire, and is deeply committed to causes that matter—supporting awareness around Breast Cancer, Lupus, Autism, and Domestic Violence. Both Loyalty Enterprise and First Lady Truth also stand firm in support of the Body Positive Movement, encouraging others to embrace themselves fully.

A woman constantly on the move, Shanice chuckles when asked what she does in her free time and responds, “What is free time?” She laughs, but she means it. If she’s not in a meeting, at an event, or in class, she’s with her son—her motivation, her "why," and the reason she goes so hard in everything she does.

Shanice Love is a force—poised to prosper and anchored in her faith. Her faith is not tied to religion, but to the divine spirit that sustains her. She believes that with the power of free will, she can shape her reality—controlling her thoughts, then her words, and ultimately her actions.

Today, First Lady Truth stands on the edge of even greater things—advocating for justice, pushing for social change, and opening doors for creative and cultural expression. She moves with grace, stays grounded in humility, and lives with purpose. After years of running, she now knows she’s evolving. And the world? The world is finally catching up. Loyalty Enterprise’s time has come—to give, to receive, and to lead with abundance.
